Tomorrow! Monday, the 25th 2010! I start a new Life! I am starting on the HCG Protocol and going to turn my life around! I want to be able to play soccer with Eli and Ethan when they are older and not be feel like my heart os going to burst out of my chest and my knees give out! I want to be able to climb to the Timpanogas cave with my family and not DIE! I DON'T WANT TO DIE! I don't want to leave a widow or kids with out a dad always around! TRUST ME I HAVE BEEN THERE! I am going to change my life. I am going to become healthy. I am going to LOSE WEIGHT! WHo are the people that have inspired me to do this, and present a challenge to them to live a healthier life style (some already are):
First and fore most the love of my Life, My Aflac, My one and only true love: Joni Elizabeth Anderson Aflac May. With out her i truly would be nothing! She is the reason I live, she performed miracles by giving me the two sweetest gifts from heaven any one could ask for!
2nd! Eli and Ethan:Boys! Your daddy loves you very much and want to be able to play, hike, camp, swim and LIVE LIFE with you!
3rd: Mi Madre: After Joni, she is the strongest woman I know alive on this planet, emotionally and spiritually!
4th: My German Frog Sister and Justin! My two best friends! You know we have been through HELL and back together and I will always love you guys!
Tomorrow will be a great day and I am going to do something I never thought I would do. Post some pictures of my fatness so I can track the progress. Be cruel, Be Inspiring, Be kind :)
